Hi! I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how much I love my pouch and high chair cover! I have been using my black and white floral pouch with my daughter since her birth 13 months ago and I still get raving compliments on it to this day! just wanted you ladies to know how much we love our sling. I use it all the time, and have since my baby Josie was 2 weeks old- she's 8 months now. She LOVES it too- now when I'm getting ready to put it on her whole face lights up, and when she's in it now she loves to hold on to the ring. I get compliments on it ALL the time (I have the orange one with the Asian pocket and purple rickrack) and I always refer people to your website, which is how I found it. I haven't seen it for sale anywhere around here! (Boston) so if you guys would like help promoting your sling in New England, let me know! anyway, I'll be ordering another one soon, I just love it so much - my only problem will be deciding which one! :) thanks alot for making such a beautiful, quality product. (all of the other slings are so ugly.) photo was taken by Markus Cuff, an LA based photographer. people always comment on how well-behaved and good my baby is - she hardly ever cries - and I attribute that in part to our using the sling! all babies want is to be with their mama (or dad, etc) and since I do so much of our daily activities with her in the sling (laundry, dishes, shopping) she's much happier and often falls asleep, as you can see in the photo I sent. and I take her everywhere in it! parties, walking the dogs - it's perfect for the airport- keeps my hands free for my bags! anyway, you can see how much I love it. Hi There! I just wanted to write a quick note about how much we love our sling. It has been a godsend! Natasha and Lisa, Received my sling (black with flames) upon returning from a walk with baby in a stroller (ugh!!). LOVE IT!! The fabric and trim are beautiful. The rings are definitely sturdy. I had been doing research on various slings because the carrier I had (a Snuggli...another ugh!!) was killing my back and Daniel always looked sssooo...uncomfortable. He loves being carried though because he wants to see me AND everyone else. The stroller and other carrier didn't allow this. He was a bit resistant at first so we tried several short interval tries. By the third time he was diggin' it! It is much more comfortable on my back and neck as well as being more comfortable for baby. It will also be alot easier to nurse since I can use the tail to cover him with, blankets either slip off or get yanked of by Mr. Daniel. I wish I had found you ladies sooner, I'd have loved this when he was a newborn. But I am VERY glad I DID find you! I'll be back when the next one comes...um...maybe sooner... :) Anyway...I wish you both much success on your fabulous product. I am an active member of several Mom groups and have signed on to two charity walks and will definitely pass along your website! P.S. hello hello...i bought my rocking baby sling when my son justin was about
two months old. he's now a whopping' 4 months and i use my sling every day. i also have a newly turned 5 year old and i find it easier for me to use the sling , then pull the big ol' stroller out of the trunk!!! i researched slings as my due date got closer finally i found your site and looked for a retailer near me. at first i was a little hesitant about buying it...my husbands in the military and as a stay at home mom i have to budget sometimes...but i felt more then comfortable to shell out the little over $100.00 dollars to buy the rocking baby sling. i have never made a smarter buy. even my husband who almost rung my neck after i bought it cant stop bragging about it. bravo ladies. i just wish the the retailer had the pattern i wanted..but at the time i didn't care and i'm glad i didn't wait any longer...i just have so many wonderful things to say...all the mommy sites i go to i plug the rockin baby sling....i love it.... when my husband deployed we had to do all this running around getting him ready to go...and i would just throw on my sling pop justin in and be in and out of the store. living the military lifestyle we are always on the go or getting my husband ready to go, and the rockin baby sling helps! strollers now'a'days are just too bulky plus i think i broke mine shoving it into the trunk!!! honestly i havent used the stroller in two months..who needs it! i have my sling!...thanks love marie (and justin) |

| Dear Lisa, I just wanted to write to let you know how much I love your product. My sister gave me a beautiful brown Rockin' sling when my son Jasper was born. I honestly don't know how I'd live a day without it. My son LOVES to be in it, to nurse, sleep, or just hang out with mom. But the main thing is that literally EVERYWHERE I go with it I get compliments from friends and strangers alike. "What a beautiful sling! Where did you get that." One woman from Guatemala nearly accosted me on the street. She was giggling and telling me in broken English, this is how we carry our babies in my country." What did i do before I got one of your slings?I just had #2 and can't imagine life without it. I used the dreaded bjorn for #1 and really really hated it so I decided to try something new this time and ordered one of your slings (stripes on one side and butterflies on the other) and am beyond impressed. Not only is it totally comfortable for my daughter but also really comfortable for me (easily adjustable and not hot at all!). Best of all, my hands are free to play with my son and do things around the house.

Hello Natasha and Lisa-- I got my Rockin' Baby Sling about two weeks ago and I just want to compliment you on a WONDERFUL product. I am so very pleased with both the quality and the style of the sling. My sister is already planning on buying one of your slings for her baby arriving in February based on my enthusiasm. As you already know there are tons and tons of companies making all kinds of baby carriers, so buying one was kind of a headache. However when I visited your website I was sold based on thegreat-looking products and web design. Whoever does your website does an awesome job. And ditto to whoever picks out your fabrics. It was so hard to pick just one (so maybe I need two . . .) My baby Ivo is four weeks old now, and we've been slingin' for about two weeks. You are right there is definitely a "learning curve" but practice helps and now we are old pros. Ivo LOVES the sling and so do I. When he is fussy I just pop him in and go out for a walk or just walk around the house and he stops crying instantly. I live walking distance from the grocery store, post office, and my office, so we can do all of our errands in the sling and of course everyone wants to know "Where did you get that cute baby carrier" or they say, "I wish I had had one of those for my babies". Yesterday I got to shop for makeup and fun stuff at Target for an hour because Ivo was snuggled in the sling, happily looking around at all the sights. I never could do that with him in the carseat bucket. He would hate it after about fifteen minutes. The sling just makes life so much easier and we both enjoy the closeness it allows us to have. | Natasha and Lisa, You have no idea what a load off my mind your slings have provided me with! With six girlfriends pregnant right now, shopping for baby shower gifts was about to become a full time job for me. All women are giving birth to their first child, and knowing how daunting and all-consuming a new baby can be, the one thing I really wanted to give my friends was a little peace of mind, and an ounce of freedom. Slings are definitely the best way to get that...but I've always wondered why the darn things have to be so ugly? What self-respecting, hip, hot mama really wants to wear ultra-faded denim, hippie weaves, or all that bulky padding? As if a new mother doesn't have enough padding and bulk to worry about?!? I searched and searched, after lamenting the lack of cool designs for slings, and finally found your website, and the absolute wealth of great slings in cool colors and fantastic patterns. I was so happy when every single woman at the baby shower ooohed and aaahed at the totally mod navy blue and psychedelic turquoise sling I had bought for my friend. | Wow, I visited your site
and think your fabric selection is so great. I currently
carry the Maya Wrap as well as the New Native at my site. I
had considered carrying The Hip Hugger but thought it was not as
versatile as far as different positions compared to the price. Yours, however can be used forever, from birth till 35 pounds, lots of time. It seems worth the price to have a cool fabric, since a mamas sling is part of her wardrobe. Your sling is not padded, yahoo, I hate padding, and fantastic fabrics. Its hip and cool, not hippy. I am also a La Leche League leader as well and a nearly certified doula so I really have a need for different types of slings to offer to my clients. | I just want to say that
your slings ROCK! I ordered mine the Saturday
before Christmas and I received it on the following Wednesday.
Now that is fast shipping! I was just hoping to get it in
time for the new year! WOO HOO! I have been a slinger
since August when I got my Maya Wrap. Now, I love my Maya,
but it always slid up to my neck and it also just was no cool looking.
I then did lots of research on slings and found that a non padded
sling was really best for me, but yet my Maya wasn't working the
way I wanted it to. Then I found your sling. It doesn't
slide and the fabric is so nice. It feels so secure.
I have no problems with it what-so-ever. I was wondering a few things. Can I get a gift certificate for my sister in law who is going to have a baby in may? Can I get some business cards so when people ask me where I got my sling (and they already have!) I can just hand them a card? Also, do you offer discounts if you order two or more? | Dear Rockin' Baby Sling, I wanted to thank you - sort of - for the difference you've made in MY life. Temple, my wife, gave birth to our son, Connor, in August 2001 and proceeded to spend countless hours and dollars trying to find the right, painless solution for lugging him around. When she purchased the Rockin' Baby Sling, I was at first skeptical. After all, I've come to believe that the majority of the products designed for babies and their new mothers offer little functional value. Unfortunately for ME, the Rockin' Baby Sling gives Temple the flexibility to carry Connor in a multitude of comfortable and practical positions. I'm also quite sure that if we are lucky enough to have another child that the Rockin' Baby Sling be a great substitute to the Baby Bjorn that quickly found a permanent place in the back of our closet. BABY SLING, I AM WRITING TO TELL YOU WHAT A RELIEF IT IS TO HAVE YOUR PRODUCT! I HAVE TRIED MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF BABY CARRIERS AND NEVER REALLY BEEN HAPPY WITH ANY OF THEM. I WAS GIVEN A BABY BJORN AND A SNUGGLI FRONT POUCH CARRIER FOR MY BABY SHOWER AND I USED BOTH OF THEM WITH OUT MUCH LUCK. I ALWAYS FELT THAT MY SON WAS STRAPPED TO MY CHEST AWKWARDLY, HE JUST SEEMED SO DETACHED AND UNCOMFORTABLE. I HATED THE LEG HOLES AND FELT THAT ALL HIS WEIGHT ON HIS LITTLE LEGS COULDN’T POSSIBLY BE GOOD FOR HIM. IT WAS ESPECIALLY BAD AFTER HE WOULD GET HIS IMMUNIZATION SHOTS ON HIS THIGHS . THOSE DAYS AFTER THE DOCTOR VISITS WERE ALWAYS THE DAYS HE NEEDED TO BE CARRIED THE MOST! AFTER SEEING SOMEONE USING YOUR SLING I BOUGHT ONE FOR MYSELF. IT WAS GREAT E TO FINALLY CARRY MY SON IN A COMFORTABLE POSITION! HE SEEMED SO HAPPY TO BE IN IT AND I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS WAY MORE COMFORTABLE FOR ME TOO. NO CUTTING INTO MY SHOULDERS! BY THE TIME I PURCHASED YOUR SLING MY SON WAS OLD ENOUGH FOR THE HIP CARRY WHICH WAS SUCH A GREAT POSITION FOR US BOTH. HE HAD A GREAT OUTLOOK ON THE WORLD AND IT FELT SO NATURAL TO ME. Slings I'm sending this email because I think Rockin' Baby Slings definitely rock. I got my first sling before my baby was born, after reading about how great it is supposed to be for your baby. And after Ry was born we used it all the time - both my husband and I loved it. We could wear him anywhere, out to dinner, for walks, at the supermarket and Ry was happy, either peering out at the world or sleeping soundly all curled up, lulled by the rocking of our movements. There were a couple of problems though, the first one we got was a color we didn't like and it had pads. The pads made it too bulky and awkward, and our baby seemed lost beneath them. The second one we got didn't have any pads, which we liked much better, but we still didn't like the fabric - a little too hippie like for us. Most recently we got a sling from Rockin' Baby Sling, and we love it (since then we got a couple more in different colors and fabrics.) It had less fabric, but still enough to remain versatile, the tail wasn't as thick, which is great, it had a pocket in the tail and Ry was comfortable - but, one of the best things was how it looked. I can wear it with a favorite outfit and it looks great. It is practically a fashion accessory. Both my husband and I tend to wear a lot of black and bright, rich colors. Our first Rockin' Baby Sling was black linen with a flame trim, very cool. The second one we got I just love, it is a bright, dark pink, vintage fabric with silver trim, and I wear Ry in it all the time (even though he's a boy). We just got our third one, it is very sophisticated, a beautiful grey, vintage fabric with a black velvet edging. I've been telling everyone about them.
